These events are all “hands- on,” although your participation level depends on you. We have guests that like to whisk sauces, roll pasta or de-bone fish, and then there are others who like to step back with a glass of wine and observe!

 Upon arrival, you are greeted with a featured cocktail, apron, and an event-specific recipe book. The fun really begins when you are asked to step into the kitchen. After learning fine dining tips, knife skills, and how to prep & cook the night’s fare, you are invited to sit at the Grand Table, where you will be served dinner with appropriate wine pairings. Cash bar is available during the in-kitchen learning portion of the night.

Classes can be fantastic date nights or evenings with friends.
