Our Culinary Brigade sets up in the kitchen or main space for an engaging how-to! Popular requests include Knife Sharpening, Handling, & Purchasing, Making a Vinaigrette, and Making/Jarring Jam.

what have you always wanted to learn how to make?
Classes start with an Introduction and Knife Safety Demonstration. Guests are then invited to put on aprons and join the chefs in the kitchen to learn how to prepare and execute components of your menu. Choose a theme from our client favorites such as Pasta Making, Mediterranean, French Bistro, Steaks & Sauces, Italian Heritage, Cast Iron Cooking, or pick your own!

for aspiring chefs!
Select 2-4 guests to compete, creating appetizers for the whole group! Contestants work side by side next to each other at the kitchen butcher block, with onlookers watching in from the Main Space. Our staff emcees the competition, but attendees pick the winner!

incorporate a gastronomic game
Great for team building, birthdays, or competitive groups, this staged battle starts with guests breaking into teams for trivia – either food-based or personalized – with the winner getting first choice at selecting their secret box. Teams then head to their prep stations, combining various (but not too difficult) ingredients to create appetizers. After a set amount of time to prepare and plate, teams must present their creations to the judges. Teams make enough of each appetizer so that all guests are able to enjoy a bite while the judges deliberate.

From beginners to connoisseurs, bridal showers to corporate, and everyone in between, these events are tailored to your group. Favorites include Old World v. With a warehouse full of antiques and creative vision, our space is ideal for exploring. Hunts range in complexity from deciphering riddles hinting at specific items to interactive adventures in food, beverage, puzzles, and code breaking.

Murder Mystery
A whodunnit experience that everyone can enjoy.
Throw away your pre-conceived notions or past experiences with murder mysteries and dinner theatre. While our team guides from the shadows, you and your guests stand in the spotlight, playing all the characters and moving the story along by completing secret objectives (or spreading rumors) throughout the evening. Complex storylines emerge, interpersonal relationships evolve, and clues are gathered through participation, bribery, and, of course, murder.
Prior to the date, guests receive a welcome packet containing an introduction to the concept, formal invitation to the party, their character, storyline background, costume recommendations, and initial objectives. The moment they walk in the door they can step into character!
Each guest is expected to participate at some level, with roles ranging from major/pivotal (part of the storyline) to minor/background (involvement not required).
Murder mysteries last about 4-5 hours, incorporating Hors d’Oeuvres, Dinner, and Dessert. As with all our events, we take care of all the facilitation and details so that you and your guests can enjoy!
