"Forging Business Relationships"

"[Chef David] makes an effort to know his clients well. He does research on them and their guests and personally guides them through each course he prepares…Magnasco doesn’t disclose the names of his clients unless they give him permission. He jokingly referred to himself as the Switzerland of the Milwaukee culinary scene."

"A New Private Dining Experience in Milwaukee"

"From the street it looks like just another brick building in Milwaukee’s Fifth Ward. There’s no sign, marquee or anything else outside to let you know that this is the site of one of Milwaukee’s newest and most innovative restaurants."

"Chef's Table Event Space in Walker's Point"

"Chef's Table also would have a meeting space for businesses called the Board Room, with audio-visual equipment and various options for meals -- buffet, plated or boxed, lunch or dinner."

"Take Your Seat at the Chef's Table"

"The Chefs Table will open for its first public event on the evening of Friday, April 25 [2014]. This first "Big Night Dining" experience will feature wines from Titus Winery in the Napa Valley, expertly paired with five courses."

In preparation for the Milwaukee Public Museum's Moveable Feast every year, writer Lori Fredrich puts together a 'get to know the chef' article. Here are our two favorites:

"3 dishes: David Magnasco of The Chef's Table"

"I select wines to go with each course with the goal of balancing the flavors and leaving your palate refreshed and ready to move forward...The wine really completes the entrée, and by pairing them together, there are no leftover flavors, and you're ready to progress to the next course."

"What chefs eat: David Magnasco of The Chef's Table"

"Magnasco says that, when he dines out, he often seeks out well-prepared seafood. And that's reflected in some of his favorite dishes from around town."

In 2020, the event went virtual.
