If you're in hospitality, Monday night is most likely one of your 'weekend' days (that is, if you get one!). So, we have a night out for you to eat, drink, and socialize with other industry professionals...and at no cost to you!
Creating Community Over Competition
We're not the ones to coin the phrase, but it's a good one, and we can always use more of it. This event is for everyone, as long as you are open to meeting new people and trying new things!
This is an opportunity for you to mingle with your peers, make connections, and celebrate a night away from customers, all while enjoying amazing f&b. Bring your staff for a night out or use it as an opportunity to get to know your co-workers.
All we ask for is your name/company when you register or check in so that the sponsors can show the benefit of their donations.

Attending
Anyone in the hospitality industry is invited to attend. Yes, this is flexible, bring your partner or your friends! However, we will ask for your name and email address so that the sponsors can see that their donations were put to good use and displayed in front of lots of guests!
Drinking
Since the beverages are also donated, it's not an all-you-can-drink event. However we all know Capitol Husting, and they will bring enough to indulge! Drink specials with the night’s featured products will be available, as well as a full cash (or cc) bar.
Eating
If you stay over the course of the evening, there will be enough food to be considered dinner. However, not all food items are out the entire time – so if you are just popping in, you might miss something! Since the food is donated for this event, certain dietary restrictions can be accommodated (i.e. gluten free), as long as it's not the main theme of the event (i.e. a bread sponsor). Please let us know and we'll see what we can do!
Partnering
We are continually looking for new sponsors! If you have a product, or even a service, that you would like show off at one of our events, let us know. We plan to grow this event to its fullest and are open to new ideas. Please email secily@chefs-tablemke.com .
