Round Pond Chef/Wine Dinner

Updated: Jul 16, 2019

What is a Chef/Wine dinner? Isn't there always a chef? Of course there is! But, it's not everyday that the chef from a vineyard comes to cook with Chef David on wine dinner.

More about Round Pond:

Round Pond Estate is more than just a winery making sensational Napa Valley wines. On the property they also have an olive mill and private restaurant!

Food-wise, they produce olive oil, wine vinegar, vinaigrette, & artisan syrup. Restaurant-wise, they are very much like The Chef's Table, creating one-of-a-kind experiences for their visitors.

Check out their website.

This is the first time that we have been asked to cook with a special guest's ingredients. Better than that, we are hosting their chef, Jamie Prouten, here to create and present the dinner. A winemaker from Round Pond will also be in attendance to present the wines of the night.

Join us for a grand coursed dinner, a unique treat for wine and food lovers alike!
