We're not bound by the traditional restaurant limitations and pre-fixe menus.

Daytime events range from seated, coursed & paired service to build-your-own plates on the kitchen pass. All occasions are customized, unique & include private use of the restaurant.

Cooking Classes & Competitions
Work with Chef David to create an interactive experience for you and your guests, from traditional classes to cooking competitions!
For Example: Top Chef Style Cooking Competition - get your guests into the kitchen working side by side with Chef David and his culinary brigade to create an appetizer using ingredients from a mystery basket. Start the cooking challenge by having the teams compete in a 4-5 question trivia game - the trivia questions can either be foodie related, or based on personal/family trivia (and in that case, we would ask for you to help us create those trivia questions!). Select some guests to serve as an Advisory Counsel to provide suggestions or give taste test feedback to each team...and of course, some guests just enjoy watching the competition play out.
All-Day Facility Rental
Conventions, meetings, seminars & courses. Start with coffee service & a breakfast bar, seated or buffet-style lunch, & refreshments throughout the day. Seamlessly flow from business to casual & continue the night with a seated, paired dinner option. Integrate team building cooking classes for added excitement.
