We're continuously striving to come up with new ideas, themes, and menu items.
These events are our opportunity to share them with you.
Showcases, based on wine varietals, spirits, or "destinations," explore food and beverages from around the world.
Themed events range from interactive and out-of-the-box murder mysteries and cocktail competitions to multi-coursed, paired culinary treasures, featuring traveling chefs, winemakers, or even based on works of art.

Industry Nights at The Chef's Table
We are teaming up with our friends at Rational and Capitol Hustings to bring you: If you're in hospitality, Monday night is most likely one of your 'weekend' days (that is, if you get one!). So, we have created a night out for you to eat, drink, and socialize with other industry professionals...and at no cost to you!
