Each year we like to reintroduce popular cooking classes that we've had in the past. This year we are bringing back Steaks, Chops, & Sauces. It's a basics class, in the sense that the lessons you learn are monumental and essential to cooking meat and making savory sauces to accompany. We will have all new recipes with different cuts of meat, and succulent sauces and reductions.
